I'm Owen, and I edit Let's Get Better Life. The essays stay inside five subjects: habits, focus, learning, money and work. They look at how a routine starts and why it stalls, how to protect a couple of good hours of attention, which study methods repay the time an adult actually has, and how everyday money systems hold up in an ordinary month.

What I look for

I trust a small step that gets repeated more than a big plan that gets abandoned, and I would rather improve something one pass at a time than wait for a perfect version. I like to know what a change will cost, in time or in money, before committing to it.

I also want an essay to make one point clearly. If a sentence sounds wise but would not help you do anything differently next week, it comes out.

How essays are made

Essays are drafted with AI. I read and review every essay and I edit and correct anything wrong: facts, writing, measurements, product names, images.

When an essay leans on published research, it names the study and links to it, and reasoning is presented as reasoning. Nothing here is medical, psychological or financial advice for your situation. The rest of the standard is in the editorial policy.
